1. Company Information

Torvify is an e-commerce platform operated under its parent company, Torvixa Holdings LTD (United Kingdom). For local operations in Bangladesh, Torvify is supported by Torvixa Bangladesh Limited, a Bangladeshi subsidiary. References to “Torvify,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer collectively to these entities unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Torvify. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Personal Information & Privacy

To create an account and use certain features of Torvify, users may be required to provide personal information including first name, last name, email address, and account password. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and belongs to you.

All personal data collected through Torvify is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to safeguard user information; however, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Platform Usage

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, engaging in fraudulent activities, manipulating pricing or orders, or violating applicable laws and regulations.

5. Product Listings & Information

Torvify strives to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to supplier updates, photography, or packaging changes. Such variations do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6. Quality Control & Authenticity

Quality is a core focus at Torvify. We aim to source original and best-quality products from trusted suppliers and vendors. Where applicable, products may undergo quality checks (QC) prior to dispatch to reduce the risk of defects or inconsistencies. While reasonable care is taken, Torvify does not guarantee that every product will be free from minor defects or variations.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Torvify are subject to change without notice. Prices may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed using approved payment methods. Torvify reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

8. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and internal verification. Torvify reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, operational limitations, or compliance concerns.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our control. Torvify shall not be held liable for delays outside reasonable control.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Return, refund, and replacement eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Certain products may be non-returnable. Customers are advised to review the applicable policy before completing a purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Torvify, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Torvify or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Torvify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or products purchased through it.

13. Force Majeure

Torvify shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or system failures.

14. Termination

Torvify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

15. Changes to These Terms

Torvify may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
